Work Arrangement: Onsite with potential 3 days in or 2 days from home. Need to be on-site for onboarding.
Position Summary: This position helps instill the corporate brand by leading cross-functional creative teams to deliver best-in-class, multi-channel creative solutions.
Background & Context: This role is part of the Creative team, a group within our organization's Global Marketing and External Affairs team.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualification & Experience: Creative agency experience required; creative agency experience within a healthcare setting desired. Communications, Advertising, or Marketing Agency experience is beneficial. Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail. Comprehensive personal computer skills including demonstrated spreadsheet, word processing and database management capabilities are required. Experience working with project management tools and software. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. 7+ years of experience required.
