Sr Mgr-Marketing Programs

In this role, you will plan and implement marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention, and satisfaction. This includes working individually or with a team to oversee program details (timing, requirements, etc.), develop marketing materials, communicate program progress and results, and manage program/project budgets. Additionally, you will plan for the effective development and implementation of longer-term marketing projects, evaluating for program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and execute implementation plan for complex marketing programs or initiatives.
  • Partner with internal or external partners to ensure execution of projects is flawless, on-time, and within budget.
  • Create communication materials to support programs including new and existing offers and marketing content for specific programs; lead large cross functional teams as project manager.
  • Work across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Drive measurable program results.
  • Track program participation and results, provide recommendations for improvements, and execute approved recommendations quickly.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years' relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to travel 25%

  • Effective relationship builder; partners cross-functionally and works effectively with various levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to identify new marketing program opportunities
  • Team player who has the presence to inspire and unite varying points of view
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric mentality
  • Solid command of FINRA/SEC guidelines

In-Office Collaboration:

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary:

The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $137,600 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
