Are you ready to lead dynamic and innovative projects? We're searching for a driven Technical Product Owner to join our team and collaborate across various functions to bring exciting products to life! Responsibilities include driving project scope and timelines to align with business objectives, facilitating Agile practices by organizing sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, mentoring team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques, acting as the liaison for external communications, engaging with stakeholders and customers, working with product owners to effectively manage backlogs and new requests, resolving conflicts and eliminating obstacles to maintain team progress, encouraging development teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and ownership, partnering with digital business collaborators to create product roadmaps and launch features, and analyzing data insights to steer product decisions and improve user experience.

Skills include 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role, a strong grasp of software development processes and Agile methodologies, exceptional communication and leadership skills focused on servant leadership, demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills, outstanding organizational capabilities, and keen attention to detail. Preferred skills include a degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, certification in Scrum Master or equivalent qualification, experience with cross-functional teams and engagement with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to translate product vision into actionable requirements and user stories.
