The Vice President, Product Fabric Services will be responsible for the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management of the products across our Fabric Services portfolio. They will drive requirements, and roadmaps for products including but limited to security, Voice, Waves and IP by ensuring capacity and reliable orchestration of value-added services to complement the network. This role will lead a talented team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Lumen's products to meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role is critical to our success as a business and is a highly visible role that will entail collaboration, leadership and working cross functionality across all stakeholders and partners on Engineering, Product, Sales and other support functions.
Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the products under the Fabric Services teams, aligning with Lumen's mission and goals.
Develop the Fabric Services products' roadmaps in partnership with relevant cross-functional teams to execute product strategy and maximize business and customer impact.
Work with Segments, Sales, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to identify product use cases and drive key features, enhancements, and requirements.
Partner closely with our GTM teams on the commercialization strategy.
Define and establish success metrics to inform the success of products and use data-driven insights to guide product strategic decisions.
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
Engage and cultivate relationships with product partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs.
Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers, and pricing experts
15+ years experience across key aspects of the Product Management (ideally working on network interfaces and add-on products)
Demonstrated experience leading New Product Introductions
Successful track record scaling new products towards sustained revenue growth
Significant experience translating customer, market, and general business requirements into cohesive product plans
Experience working with senior-level executives and ability to influence cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
Ability to quantitatively and qualitatively understand complex problems, prioritize business and customer needs

Location Based Pay Ranges
$211,163 - $281,551 in all states.
