Job Description
As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications. You will work with the property marketing team, corporate office, and resort property team to drive positioning, marketing, and PR initiatives for Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the resort's brand story and unique offerings
- Oversee the promotion and publicity of all signature guest experiences, including but not limited to suites and villas, food and beverage offerings, spa, and recreational activities
- Assist relevant departments to achieve revenue targets and related tasks set by the resort
- Coordinate and implement communication plans for resort activities and promotions with all operating departments
- Establish good relations with the media and KOLs and implement resort marketing campaigns
- Ensure that the resort and brand maintain a positive image and assist with hosted press trips, itineraries, and overall planning
- Plan and execute public relations activities, increase share of voice, and achieve expected ROI
- Fully monitor all design and printed materials of the resort to ensure brand standards are met consistently
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of all marketing and communications initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, business, or any related field
- At least 5 years' experience in PR & marketing communication
- Experienced in writing and editing proposals and publications
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Thai preferred)
- Ability to meet deadlines
