As a Product Manager within our product team, your mission is to define the strategic vision of the Order Management pillar of our marketplace product and determine the key functionalities based on market and customer needs. You will conduct in-depth research on industry trends in the digitalization of the entire supply chain from order creation to invoicing and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

You will work closely with a team of 6 developers and 1 functional tester, and various business stakeholders within Mirakl.

This position is open to Paris, Bordeaux, or remote work across metropolitan France.

On a daily basis, you will:

1. Define with the Java Engineering Manager of the squad the product feature roadmap both on the existing and on new innovative features.
2. Transform the product vision into delivery: writing epics and user stories, organizing sprints, following the roadmap and piloting the delivery, using Figjam, ProductBoard, Jira
3. Lead discovery by conducting client workshops and interacting with internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, etc.) to gather and understand the needs
4. Bring to life and evolve the product through innovative projects (AI, EDI as a service, automation) to improve the order to cash process, the experience and bring added value to our customers
5. Ensure go to market: working closely with sales and marketing teams to define key messages, develop sales materials and promote the product in the market.
6. Competitive and market intelligence: conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competing solutions and position the product optimally.
7. Collect feedback from customers and end users, analyze usage data and propose continuous product improvements.

You will enjoy this job if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in the software publishing sector
• You are interested or familiar with topics related to order to cash process management, EDI integration of ERP systems, management of suppliers, orders, and electronic invoices
• You have demonstrated your skills in communication and relationship management to simplify your work with different stakeholders
• You are familiar with an agile development method (SCRUM, Kanban…)
• You are curious about the use of artificial intelligence to increase efficiency and innovate
• You speak French and English fluently

Plus:

• You have similar experience in the field of integration of accounting solutions and invoicing
• You have concrete experience in the world of product marketplaces
