Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager who specializes in Next Best Action (NBA) Decision Engine to join the team working anywhere in the US. As the Lead Product Manager for the Next Best Action (NBA) Decision Engine on the MarTech Capabilities team, you will shape the future of marketing through the responsible application of AI, machine learning, and automation.
This role will focus on NBA as a capability, not just a platform—embedding decisioning logic and personalization rules into key use cases and channels across the member lifecycle utilizing Adobe and custom-built platforms. You will partner across IT, analytics, marketing, legal, and compliance to ensure innovation is both effective and ethical. You'll also collaborate with the Enterprise AI team to evolve governance frameworks and establish reusable components that accelerate AI adoption across marketing teams.

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or digital transformation
Proven success with AI- or data-driven products, especially in personalization, recommendation engines, or decisioning platforms
Experience managing horizontal, reusable capabilities used across multiple teams or journeys—especially logic engines, rulesets, or templates
Strong technical fluency with MarTech stacks, CDPs, NBA engines, and orchestration tools
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with data science, engineering, and compliance stakeholders
Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration, lifecycle marketing, and real-time personalization
Experience with NBA or personalization platforms such as PEGA, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar
Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and responsible data usage practices
Experience working in highly regulated industries or with enterprise AI governance frameworks
Master’s degree
This role is a 100% remote role anywhere in the US and will primarily operate on Eastern Standard Time business hours. To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
