CMM (Software) Product Instructor

Perform functions to promote sales and development of Mitutoyo America products by providing software instruction and support to customer and Mitutoyo America personnel.

What You'll Do:

• Provide instruction and conduct software demonstrations for customers and Mitutoyo America personnel as required.
• Develop and maintain training plans, lesson plans and supporting training materials.
• Assist customers and Mitutoyo America personnel in resolving software problems.
• Perform beta testing of new software and prepare reports on performance.
• Provide customers with software support as required.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in Mitutoyo America and distributor trade shows.
• Keep informed on Mitutoyo America products, effective demonstration methods, industrial trends and competitor activities. Communicate new developments.
• Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions as required.
• Routinely maintain CRM.

Skills You'll Need:

• Experience in CMM software and measurement systems (e.g., MCOSMOS, Calypso, PC-DMIS, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, instructional content.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Willingness to travel for training and demonstrations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

Work Environment: Office Environment.

Physical Demands: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Travel: Up to 50% travel is required with an average of up to 5 hours driving at one time.

Required Education and Experience: Education equivalent of four year degree; additional specialized training. Five years' experience.
