The Impact You'll Be Contributing To Moloco:

As Marketing Planning And Strategy Lead, you'll drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across Moloco’s Marketing organization. You'll partner directly with Marketing leadership to translate business objectives into executable marketing priorities, building the frameworks and processes that enable scalable growth. This role is instrumental in fostering accountability, visibility, and momentum across all marketing initiatives through structured planning, clear communication systems, and strategic program management.

The Opportunity:

  • Shape and articulate Marketing priorities: Work closely with leadership to shape departmental strategy and priorities
  • Lead departmental processes: Lead planning processes, including strategy development, budget allocation, and headcount planning
  • Own team communications: Facilitate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and all-hands communications
  • Drive cross-functional program management: Manage complex, cross-functional projects from ambiguous requirements to tangible deliverables
  • Establish performance tracking: Establish operational tooling and processes to track marketing work and performance
  • Align critical Marketing launches: Support orchestration of integrated campaigns and content launches
  • Drive internal collaboration: Establish rituals and ways of working to maintain alignment, collaboration, and momentum
  • Support Marketing processes: Develop onboarding, training, and development initiatives for marketing team members

How Do I Know If The Role Is Right For Me?

  • 6+ years of marketing operations, program management, or strategic operations experience
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing organizations and building operational frameworks
  • Exceptional ability to bring clarity, structure, and alignment to ambiguous situations
  • Systems thinking approach to building scalable processes and operational tooling
  • High level of ownership and pride in work quality and outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, lean organizational environments
  • Ability to drive accountability and engagement across distributed teams
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking qualitative and quantitative metrics

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range: $147,000 - $222,000 USD
