As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of MOLOCO's products. You will help empower our sales teams with the product knowledge to create customer value every day while maintaining a pulse on your regional market to identify themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways across our GTM team.
Team members are analytical and strategic, hard workers with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. We combine deep expertise in our products with operational and analytical skills to design and manage scalable processes that support clients.
What you'll do:
- Develop product expertise with a customer-first mindset : Build a deep understanding of a specific product area and its value to customers by analyzing product usage, customer behavior, and support feedback.
- Support customer success initiatives : Collaborate closely with Sales teams to understand customer pain points, identify improvement opportunities, and champion customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive customer impact through insights : Assist in translating user feedback and data into actionable insights that help shape product priorities and enhance the customer experience.
- Enhance the onboarding and adoption journey : Contribute to the development of onboarding guides, product tutorials, and success metrics that support customer enablement and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively across teams : Share key product developments, customer wins, and feedback trends with cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, structured, and impactful way.
- Contribute to a culture of quality and service : Promote a mindset of continuous improvement by helping teams prioritize enhancements that deliver tangible customer value.
What you'll need to succeed
- BS in engineering or business degree or related technical fields
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in product operations, product support or a similar role in ad-tech, SaaS or consulting industries
- Effective communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in working with data to identify trends and insights for action.
- Systems thinker with the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from peers across Go-To-Market, product, and sales teams.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with SaaS products, especially in ad-tech or mar-tech domains
- Experience working with or in support of teams with various technical knowledge 1-2 years experience in a data analytics or analyst role
