As an early employee, you'll work closely with our founders, engineers, designers, and data team to shape the future of guest experience technology.
This is a 12-24 month rotational program designed to develop the next generation of product leaders at Momos.
You will rotate across multiple Product Pods —for example:
Each rotation places you as a core member of the pod, where you'll own real product problems end-to-end: discovery, requirements, design iterations, analytics, stakeholder alignment, and launch.
This is not a shadowing program—you will ship real features used by global restaurant brands.
Work directly with senior PMs and cross-functional partners to define product requirements and write high-quality specs.
Conduct lightweight research: customer interviews, data deep dives, competitive analysis, usability testing.
Work with engineering to break down problems, refine scope, and ensure smooth delivery.
Analyze product usage, run experiments, and generate insights that inform roadmap decisions.
Collaborate closely with design to create intuitive, elegant user experiences.
Help shape product strategy by contributing ideas, frameworks, and structured thinking.
Present updates, learnings, and proposals to leadership during each rotation.
After the program, transition into a full-time Product Manager role on one of our pods.
