This is a career-defining opportunity to lead Monash's enterprise-wide Marketing Transformation Program and shape the future of marketing across the University. As Senior Change Program Lead, Marketing, you will oversee a high-profile, multi-year portfolio that modernises marketing capability, infrastructure and audience experience. Your work will span initiatives such as an AI-enabled Content Hub blending human creativity with intelligent automation, a revitalised Web 2.0 corporate experience focused on user journeys and conversion, digital advertising insourcing for greater agility, and omni-channel personalisation strategies that strengthen lead-to-conversion performance.
You will translate strategic intent into sequenced, executable programs; orchestrate complex, interdependent workstreams; define and maintain the transformation roadmap across initiatives; establish robust governance structures that enable speed, transparency and accountability; and lead structured program delivery through milestone tracking, RAID management and performance reporting.. You will coordinate delivery across multiple teams and portfolios, managing dependencies, risks and trade-offs to ensure outcomes are achieved while embedding future-ready, data-led, customer-first ways of working.
This role offers the rare chance to shape both strategy and culture, crafting the change narrative that aligns teams, accelerates adoption, and ensures sustainable benefits across the University. You will lead the development of change communications, stakeholder engagement activities and capability uplift to support successful adoption of new platforms, processes and operating rhythms.
Operating at the intersection of delivery, strategy and culture, you will influence senior leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and leave a lasting impact on how marketing capability is designed, delivered, and continuously improved. You will also play a key role in coordinating forums, showcases, workshops and roadshows that support decision-making, alignment and organisational readiness across the University.
