Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk-takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers. We're not perfect, and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

  • Review and analyze local promotions and trade programs to deliver on business objectives, meet brand standards and relevance to local consumer, identify key supports and approvals required to deliver programs successfully.
  • Conduct due diligence to identify and address any potential risks associated with the local marketing program, while collaborating with leadership to ensure full endorsement of programs by the relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Independent in developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Asia Marketing Operations team to assess program statuses, identify and address gaps in the workflow with HQ and recommend improvements to ensure higher effectiveness of workflow.

Prepare required POSMs and premiums for key business channels—including CVS, SM, Vending, and EC—and execute approximately 50 in‑store campaigns annually with flawless delivery.
  • Act as the brand gatekeeper by fully adhering to brand guidelines and executing consumer‑appealing brand activations that align with business requirements.
  • Serve as the central liaison for internal and external stakeholders, providing solutions and ideas that ensure risk‑free execution of all initiatives. (A sound understanding of local regulations, including the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, is required.)
  • Exhibit strong project‑management capabilities and leadership by independently designing and driving initiatives in a hands‑on and proactive manner.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and problem‑solving skills to enable smooth collaboration within the APAC region.
