We are seeking a driven and experienced Financial Business Partner And Affiliate Program Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our business through strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships in the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing financial business partners and affiliates to drive revenue growth, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and recruit financial business partners and affiliates, including influencers, service providers, and other relevant entities to expand affiliate network for user growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with financial business partners and affiliates, monitoring and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns to drive user growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and affiliate contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and legal, to align partnership and affiliate initiatives with business goals and strategies.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of partnership and affiliate program performance, including key metrics such as revenue, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial partnership and affiliate marketing, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
