Moomoo is one of the most trusted and innovative retail trading platforms, serving over 27 million active users worldwide. We offer an advanced, user-friendly trading platform for do-it-yourself traders, empowering them to take control of their financial futures.

Having launched in Canada just over a year ago, MFC has experienced significant growth and success. Based in Toronto, with convenient access to the city's Line 1 TTC subway, our new office boasts bright, open spaces and spectacular views of the city. As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a dynamic Senior Product Manager (Investment Brokerage).

As the core Product Manager for the Canadian market, you will serve as the bridge connecting local market needs with the Product R&D team at headquarters. You will need to leverage your in-depth understanding of the Canadian securities market, through keen user insights, local supplier integration, and marketing support, to drive the local compliance implementation and user growth of the product. We are looking for a versatile Product Manager who understands both investment trading and has product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on the trading habits, pain points, and preferences of local Canadian investors, and through user interviews and data analysis, provide high-quality business insights
  • Responsible for competitive product analysis, tracking the development roadmap of competing product service features, and formulating product competition strategies
  • Responsible for the localization of product, ensure product features meet the needs of the local market.
  • As the Point of Contact between local business and the headquarters R&D team, translates complex local business logic and compliance requirements into clear product requirements
  • Coordinate communication among cross-timezone teams, manage requirement priorities, follow up on development progress, and ensure that versions are delivered on time and meet local quality standards
  • Responsible for screening and evaluating local business suppliers (i.e. payment channels, KYC/AML compliance service providers, etc.)
  • Assist in promoting business negotiations and technical interface, ensuring the stable integration of third-party services into the trading system
  • Empower the marketing team from a product perspective and assist in formulating Go-to-Market promotion strategies.
  • Assist in connecting with local financial KOLs and provide professional content support; participate in online/offline user lectures (Webinars/Seminars) as a product expert to answer users' questions about trading mechanisms and platform functions.
