We're looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our IT Programs & Strategy team with significant scope and impact supporting several different areas of the business. This is an in-office position, preferably Orlando.
Responsibilities
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver high-quality features and new capabilities that meet the firm's needs.
This role requires someone with a strong technical background, ability to communicate complicated solutions clearly, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. You will manage all core Scrum ceremonies for your product, including sprint planning, ad-hoc stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and continuous delivery.
