We're seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of internal applications that improve how employees, managers, and business leaders interact with the human capital management (HCM) organization. This role focuses on delivering user-centered, scalable solutions that simplify workplace interactions and enable better, faster decision-making across the enterprise. Our employee CRM product applies CRM principles to view employees as valued customers, while delivering data-driven tools that support workforce planning, talent actions, and organizational effectiveness. Built on SaaS and PaaS integrations and powered by AI, automation, and data transformation, it enables business leaders to make more informed, strategic decisions.
In the human capital management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward, and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a vice president level position reporting to the employee CRM product manager, where you'll bring a strong product mindset and use data to inform decisions and shape impactful solutions. You'll partner with UX and HR tech teams to deliver tools that enable smarter talent decisions.
