Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) is part of the Client Segments division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The Institutional Consulting Solutions business drives the product management, sale and service of Advisor-led workplace offerings for corporate clients, non-profits, endowments, foundations and governments entities across market segments. Products include Retirement and Corporate Cash Management sold by both core Advisors as well as specialized channels such as Graystone Consulting or our Morgan Stanley Institutional Investment Advisors. As a member of the Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) Retirement Product Operations team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational management and product and system improvements with regard to the Firm's corporate retirement product suite, ensuring that the products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with client and market needs. The VP will partner with ICS Retirement leaders, ICS Platforms team as well as Legal, Risk and Compliance to effectively drive product or operating model transitions and system enhancements, while assessing and ensuring that appropriate controls are in place. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
