We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Data Product Leader, where you will own and direct the portfolio of our Snowflake based data products and semantic models, guiding multiple squads to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities that enable firmwide workforce decision-making.
In the Human Resources division, we help the firm support and develop its workforce through people's insight, effective service delivery and practical tools that make it easier for employees and managers to get what they need. This role sits within HR Data & Intelligence, which helps the firm make better workforce decisions by turning data into trusted insight and delivering the reporting, platforms and AI-supported capabilities that support people operations and self-service access to workforce insight across HR and the business.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $222,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
