Online Marketing and Leadmanagement Specialist Location: Munich, Germany Full-time: 40 hours Unrestricted

Your tasks:
Online Marketing:
- Creation and coordination of online marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and lead management (with budget responsibility, performance analysis, etc.)
- Independent creation, management, and optimization of a brand presence on Meta platforms
- Development and implementation of a targeted social media strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Verification and ensuring the adherence to the corporate identity (CI) in all digital contents. Close collaboration with design and content teams of the dealerships to ensure consistent brand communication
- Point of contact for external and internal stakeholders and identification of relevant customer groups for targeted addressing using internal lead management tools
- Product presentation of the lead management tool at the dealership
- Ensuring interface alignment and creation of a success report
- Support in the creation of offers/order entries
CRM Backoffice:
- Support of sales in the dealership through administrative CRM activities
- Lead management in the dealership environment and creation of CRM/project reports
- Telephone exchange with the dealerships
- Support MSX project management in the creation of reports, analyses, and presentations for the dealers
- Provision of monthly dealer CRM key figures

Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a commercial/marketing communication specialist, media designer/digital and print, communication designer
- Alternatively: Completed vocational training as an automotive sales specialist with several years of experience in marketing or a degree with a marketing focus
- Several years of experience in marketing
- Very good coordination and organizational skills and high reliability and flexibility
- CRM/Salesforce experience
- Willingness to customer contact in the dealership (e.g., marketing, management)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of the German and English languages in speech and writing
Advantageous:
- Knowledge in dealership (online) marketing
- Further education as an online marketing manager
