Senior Designer
We request the incorporation of a senior designer profile with a high degree of autonomy, omnichannel e-commerce, systems thinking, strong AI focus, and deep business understanding to accelerate our transformation from a transactional company to a relational company, scaling our capabilities through automation, personalization, and design efficiency.
Lead the design of customer-centric, omnichannel trade experiences from discovery to financing, purchase, and post-sale while ensuring speed, consistency, and scalability through a centralized, AI-enabled Design System.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and iteration for critical trade flows (buy, sell, trade-in, financing, post-sale).
- Design seamless, personalized experiences across web, app, chatbot, hubs, CRM, and voice, ensuring persistent context and brand consistency.
- Translate customer insights and business needs into intuitive, high-impact product solutions.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams to define priorities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop high-quality UX deliverables: user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and UI designs.
- Validate designs through usability testing, experimentation, and performance tracking.
- Lead the evolution of Design System, enabling speed, quality, and cross-team consistency.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate design tasks, adapt content dynamically, and optimize microinteractions.
- Track and report on KPIs like conversion, retention, delivery speed, adoption, and error reduction.
