The Customer Experience "CX" and Marketing team is responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into meaningful experiences and communications. We partner across the business, in support of our corporate goals, to strengthen our brand, improve customer journeys, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our values. This team plays a key role in driving engagement, loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction.

Summer Internship Summary: Mutual of America's Summer Internship Program provides college students with hands-on corporate experience working with meaningful projects and assignments. Throughout the 8-week program, interns will not only have direct guidance from experienced leaders in their assigned departments but can have the opportunity to attend training classes and planned events with other interns.
