Mutual of America Financial Group Job Title: IT Product Management – 2026 Summer Internship Location: New York City Duration: 8 weeks (Monday June 8 to Friday July 31) Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Department Summary: Product Owners are responsible for analysis and development of new technology product features and technology enhancements within designated product teams. Product Owners are responsible for writing user stories and conducting functional testing to ensure business requirements are met. Additionally, we coordinate testing and implementation of technology changes, which includes technology defect remediation and ensuring technology platform stability.

Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with Product Owners and Product Managers
• Assist product team leads with Dashboard metrics and reporting
• Support data clean-up for missing data in Reporting inventory
• Demonstrate understanding of OKRs and KPIs for performance measurement
• Recommend proposed solutions and/or enhancements to improve and optimize processes, workflows, performance, and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Only accepting rising Sophomores (grad year May 2029) and rising Juniors (grad year May 2028).
• Must have a minimum overall 3.4 GPA.
• Must be able to commute to NYC 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)

Role Summary: Mutual of America's Summer Internship Program provides college students with hands-on corporate experience working with meaningful projects and assignments. Throughout the 8-week program, interns will not only have direct guidance from experienced leaders in their assigned departments but can have the opportunity to attend training classes and planned events with other interns.
