This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

We are seeking a meticulous and diligent Data Analyst to join the Financial Technology Go-to-Market marketing team. The main responsibility of this role will be to capture and cleanse data that drives marketing campaigns and initiatives, contributing to significant pipeline generation across the sales organization. This includes cleansing existing data within our Salesforce CRM system as well as new data aggregation.

This position requires an individual who can ensure that our CRM data is accurately tagged for targeting and reporting. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in building out target accounts and people and tagging them appropriately. One of the key skills required is a familiarity with AI tools and agents and know how to employ these tools in data cleansing and enrichment.

  • Set up AI Agents to cleanse and enrich data in our Salesforce tool to ensure accuracy and consistency across contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to tag data accurately for reporting and campaign integration.
  • Develop and maintain Ideal Client Profile lists and Dream Customer lists, ensuring they are appropriately tagged for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Research target people within the Account lists to ensure we are targeting the accurate people.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns by providing clean and reliable data.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and insights that can drive marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data alignment and support cross-functional initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
