As the Senior Product Manager reporting to the Head of ETF Listings you'll play a critical role in leading product for the ETF Listings business. You'll thrive in this position if you're analytical have a global mindset, and bring a passion for improving market structure and owning product improvements in a high-impact environment.
This role will focus on capital markets and product development from an issuer focused perspective.
The individual will assess the current product offering, identify gaps, and inform enhancements aligned with issuer needs and market structure dynamics.
This individual will also be responsible for the Nasdaq ETF Intel offering, determining what improvements can be made to better match client needs.
Finally, they will own relationships with market makers, ensuring they understand our liquidity programs and promoting their participation.
• Bachelor's degree in finance/math/computer science
• 5-7 years of experience in capital markets, quantitative analysis, or trading—ideally at an ETF issuer
• A strong understanding of market mechanics and market structure.
• Ability to identify gaps in our current offering and manage product to push projects forward.
• Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python
This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $117,000 - $216,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
