Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own and evolve a highly complex global Salesforce CRM platform supporting Sales, Service, and Go-To-Market teams. This role requires deep technical acumen, strong integration experience, and the ability to confidently lead requirements gathering and solution design. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions that drive business value.
The Salesforce environment you will oversee includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, integrated within a sophisticated revenue technology ecosystem including tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
The Product Owner will serve as the primary decision-maker for Salesforce backlog prioritization, roadmap trade-offs, and integration impacts. This is a mission-critical role requiring experience, judgment, and confidence—not just process execution. The right candidate will materially improve platform stability, delivery speed, and stakeholder trust.
6–10+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Systems roles
Demonstrated experience owning complex Salesforce implementations in global or enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, particularly within sales and revenue technology stacks
Experience working closely with Sales and Revenue Leadership stakeholders, with the ability to navigate and influence in high-pressure, high-judgment environments
Industry Alignment: Candidates should have professional background aligned to B2B Sales, Financial Services, or SaaS environments. These domains reflect the stakeholder expectations, operating models, and revenue processes core to this role.
Willingness to work US Eastern hours.
Continuous Salesforce Enablement: Proactively stays up to date on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and platform capabilities, and takes the lead in educating relevant teams (Enablement, SSA, Sales, and others) on new functionality, platform changes, and best-practice adoption.
Sales & Service Cloud Process Expertise: Ability to comfortably explain and guide users through core Sales Cloud processes (lead conversion, opportunity stages, forecast categories, pipeline hygiene) and foundational Service Cloud concepts, enabling effective education on Salesforce best practices and standards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, and permissions
Integration patterns (APIs, middleware, sync processes)
Impact of Salesforce changes on downstream systems
Ability to engage deeply with architects and engineers without requiring much translation.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to:
Lead difficult stakeholder conversations
Say "no" with rationale and alternatives
Make and own decisions under pressure
Comfortable working directly with senior US based stakeholders in real time.
