With this position we offer join the Fintech Product organization, building and managing AI solutions for the market leading RegTech solution, AxiomSL.

Role Responsibilities

As an AI Product Manager, along with other AI product managers, you will focus on crafting and delivering AI solutions roadmap for AxiomSL platform. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Validated experience as a Product Manager leading all aspects of the complete product lifecycle, with a strong background in the FinTech, Banking or RegTech industries.

We are responsible to define, own, and complete the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and market needs.

We work seamlessly with data scientists, AI engineers, and software developers to translate sophisticated regulatory requirements into scalable, high-performing AI models (Hence technical know-how is significant). Awareness of AI governance to ensure the products meet Governance standards.

We engage continuously with key clients, compliance officers, and industry customers to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and identify new opportunities for AI automation.

An opportunity to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop robust go-to-market strategies, clear product messaging, and training materials for AI-driven rollouts.

We define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the commercial success, model accuracy, and user adoption rates of deployed AI capabilities.

We act as the strategic lead in Agile ceremonies by handling the product backlog, writing detailed user stories, and prioritizing AI feature development based on business value and regulatory impact! Good to have understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial reporting workflows to ensure AI solutions address real-world compliance challenges.

We expect you to have:

• Proven experience of 5 to 8 years with B2B Product Management experience for AI/ Data-heavy products.
• Very good understanding of AI capabilities (NLP, anomaly detection) and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to translate global regulatory mandates into AI-driven features.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data visualization tools.
• Analytical problem-solver adept at navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for global stakeholder alignment.
• Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or an equivalent!

It would be great if you:

• Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (Basel III, CCAR) and financial data.
• Prior background in the FinTech, RegTech, or banking sectors.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum processes across distributed global teams.
