The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT product management and possess good business analysis and re-engineering skills, which is a plus. This role requires a professional with excellent collaboration skills, gathering and documenting high-level requirements working with business customers, capable of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. We are seeking a person who will serve as both a participatory product leader and a voice of the customer. Work with HR, HR Systems, and Enterprise Technology to understand business requirements, develop/manage product roadmaps, and continue the development of My Performance. Act as the single point of contact for your product.
Core Responsibilities:
A track record of driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and manage issues and risks, as well as any mitigation and contingency plans.
Implement existing program-level standards for design, security and controls, user interface and documentation.
Helps Business Partners understand our Iterative Development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through careful and deliberate prioritization.
Works with Design Resources (Product Designers internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of Designs and Assets of REST APIs to the Development team.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of Product Management experience, with duties including but not limited to: Roadmap planning, stakeholder management, UI workflow design, and development
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product features
Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
