The Boeing Company is looking for a Product & Service Quality Manager to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This role will lead the quality team in support of the MQ-25 flight test program.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
• May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience with flight line operations 3+ years of experience leading or managing cross functional teams 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance 3+ years of experience in Maintenance Planning Operations 3+ years of experience documenting corrective actions and non-conformance Willing to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Associate's Degree or higher Have an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License or an FAA Repairman's certificate 5+ years of experience working in a flight line operations 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross functional teams 3+ years of experience with release of aircraft for flight

Security Clearance This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
