The Studio Marketing Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for helping the Studio Managers in executing cross-channel marketing campaigns and programs. Core responsibilities will include creative asset management and delivery, trafficking approvals from studios and brands as well as aggregating performance details of promotions, activities and marketing efforts into wrap reports. This role will work closely with the Studio Marketing Managers to help bring campaigns to life, manage day-to-day coordination tasks, while demonstrating a high level of detail oriented and highly organized work to ensure smooth execution across channels including integrated marketing, partner marketing, social, performance, and CRM.

The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers broad exposure to content and entertainment marketing across the entire film lifecycle, from digital creative execution to reporting.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Studio Marketing team in coordinating campaign deliverables and partner communications.
  • Track and manage creative assets, ensuring timely delivery, proper routing, and approvals from studios and other partners.
  • Maintain project timelines, calendars, and internal tracking documents for campaign execution.
  • Help compile campaign performance data and support the development of wrap reports and insights.
  • Support the legal and marketing teams in drafting promotional rules and routing agreements for approval.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage agendas, manage note taking and document action items.
  • Collect & share competitive & industry trends within the film and tech businesses.
  • General administrative tasks including file organization, data entry, and communications.
  • Conduct research on competitive trends, industry news, and marketing activations to inform strategy.
  • All other duties as defined by Marketing leads.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a marketing, entertainment, account coordination, or administrative support role; experience in media/entertainment or agency environment a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
  • An understanding of the theatrical film, OTT, the digital landscape, and/or eCommerce market.
  • Comfortable working with creative assets, digital marketing assets, and coordinating review/approval processes.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to support cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Commercial, strategic, and technical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills plus solid attention to detail with ability to reliably deliver on plans.
  • Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – primarily Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in marketing, advertising or another related discipline.
  • A proactive, self-motivator who can take direction and produce tangible results.
  • Ability to anticipate and accommodate needs, requests, and issues.
  • Creative confidence and an ability to contribute ideas in a creative group atmosphere.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Keynote, Miro, Salesforce, and other business software systems a plus.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
  • Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA office.
