Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
The Creative Digital Designer is part of the Art Team and collaborates across NBCUniversal's creative HUBs in Latin America. This role is key in bringing to life the communication and brand strategy across the company's portfolio: Universal+ (streaming platform), DreamWorks, E!, Studio Universal, USA, UTV, Telemundo Internacional, and CNBC. Beyond execution, this position acts as a creative ambassador and brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint. The designer works on projects that cover On Air, Off Air, Social Media, OOH, Digital, and Ad Sales, developing creative solutions that impact diverse audiences. The role requires strong project management capabilities, both individually (managing time, priorities, and multiple deliverables in parallel) and within teams (collaboration with designers, coordinators, and stakeholders from different HUBs). The ideal candidate combines technical excellence, strategic vision, flexibility, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate assets for multiplatform campaigns (On Air, Social Media, OOH, Digital, Ad Sales) across NBCUniversal's portfolio.
Act as a creative and brand guardian, applying global toolkits while proposing innovative adaptations.
Collaborate with global and regional teams (Marketing, Editorial, Digital, Ad Sales, and HUBs).
Adapt toolkit assets into multiple formats (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, digital banners, OOH).
Contribute to creative campaign conceptualization, bringing fresh ideas aligned with each brand.
Manage projects autonomously: organize deliverables, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Support team-based project management: planning, workload distribution, and follow-up.
Stay updated on design, motion, digital culture, and emerging tools (AI, VR/AR, etc.).
Ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables aligned with brand KPIs.
3+ years of experience in motion/digital design for television, streaming, agencies, or digital media.
Strong foundation in graphic design (typography, color, composition).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Basic/intermediate knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is desirable.
Experience producing assets for social media and digital campaigns.
Languages: fluent Spanish, intermediate English; Portuguese is a plus.
Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset in multicultural and high-demand environments.
Strong organizational and project management skills (individual and team contexts).
