NBCUniversal is seeking a Director, Product and AI Solutions to join the Studio Technology Solutions organization within Universal Entertainment Technology. This role will lead the development and advancement of the product and AI solutions across the Studio Technology Solutions portfolio, defining roadmaps and priorities that enable technology solutions across the Studio businesses that we support.
The Director will partner closely with Universal Entertainment, Technical Operations, Enterprise AI and Enterprise Engineering to align on strategies, and connect Studio priorities to broader enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities include defining and advancing the product roadmaps across the Studio Technology Solutions portfolio, advancing product management maturity across the organization, leading portfolio-level roadmap development, identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing AI opportunities, translating business needs into actionable product and innovation plans, leading cross-functional collaboration, driving roadmap planning, helping define success metrics, monitoring industry trends, creating clear presentations, supporting the development of pilots and proofs of concept, ensuring product and AI solutions align to enterprise standards, managing and coaching a small team, operating as a self-starter, driving adoption and change management, mentoring product teams, and establishing clear operating rhythms.
Requirements include 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or technology strategy roles with 5+ years of management experience, proven experience developing portfolio-level product solutions and roadmaps, strong knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders, experience leading cross-functional initiatives, strong understanding of product management best practices, experience advancing product management maturity, excellent communication and presentation skills, self-starter with strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and comfort working in ambiguous environments, and experience managing or mentoring a small team.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-enabled products, enterprise AI initiatives, or digital transformation efforts, experience in media and entertainment, familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, privacy, and security considerations, experience supporting innovation programs, pilots, or incubation efforts, and experience working in large, global enterprise environments.
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
