Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator based in our Munich Office. In this full-time position you will work closely with our Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of consumer marketing activities for NBCUniversal's filmed entertainment through consumer facing marketing and supporting B2B efforts within the German, Austrian and Swiss (G.A.S.) markets.

Our content distribution focuses on a variety of formats and includes Video On Demand (VOD), Premium VOD (PVOD), Electronic Sell-Through (EST) and Premium EST (PEST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide general campaign and administrative support to local G.A.S. marketing and when applicable Central London team.
  • To assist in the co-ordination and execution of campaigns/projects including third party promotions, Home Entertainment drafting, on-line and merchandise management.
  • Collaborate and contribute to the briefing of PR/Influencer campaigns as and when strategy and budget dictates.
  • To liaise with and support incoming communications and requests from G.A.S. clients, agencies and vendors.
  • Distribution of marketing materials (i.e. trailers) to marketing team, external agencies, clients and industry bodies.
  • To assist/co-ordinate cross-divisional workflow or projects designed to support market growth, promotional/industry initiatives and the overall transactional business.
  • To deputise in lieu of Marketing Manager or wider marketing team members.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent communication skills in both English and German, spoken and written, and feel confident using both languages in a professional setting.
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the entertainment business – specifically the digital media and content distribution.
  • Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint & Outlook as well as social media administration.
  • Relevant marketing experience at a studio, label, or digital platform desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and project co-ordinations skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle several priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with an ability to work cross-functionally within a diverse team.
  • Experience in building and maintaining key agency and customer relationships.
  • Ability to handle short deadlines/turnarounds and multiple competing priorities.
  • Hybrid working with 3 days in the office
