Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Universal Pictures International (UPI) is the International Distribution and Marketing division for Universal Pictures. In the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Russia, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, India and China, UPI directly markets and distributes movies through its local offices, creating campaigns and release strategies that respond to the culture and market behaviour of those territories. In other parts of the world, UPI partners with Paramount and Sony in the distribution of all three companies' films. Job Description

Administrative Support:

•Onboarding of new suppliers

•Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders

•Invoice management

Media & Creative Asset Coordination:

•Manage file uploads and organization on SharePoint

•Prepare briefs for the agencies

•Plan analysis support and upload on proprietary platform

•Materials production coordination, localization and delivery of all media assets and special creative contents

•Liaise with agencies and media partners asset approval, delivery, copy rotation scheduling and media proposal requests

•Complete reporting for internal and external use as well as information requests and forms from Home Office

Publicity Support:

•Localization of materials (featurettes, clips, sound bites and others)

•Materials upload and release via proprietary platform

•Assisting in the coordination of local voice talent work

Additional Projects:

•Supporting the execution of special projects and activations

•Assisting in the creation of marketing presentations, campaign highlights and infographics

Qualifications

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

•Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborative mindset

•Passion for film and the entertainment industry
