We are looking for a Marketing Intern (w/m/d) at Universal Consumer Products for a duration of 6 months, starting on April 1, 2026. This is a paid full-time internship (Mon–Fri) in Munich, Germany.

This internship offers you an exciting and diverse role in a professional international environment at one of the world's largest media companies. You will have the chance to work with some of the most exciting entertainment brands in the world, such as Jurassic World/Park, Minions, Dragons, or Fast & Furious. You will also have the unique opportunity to get to know the daily work of the entire Universal Licensing Team.

What will you do?

  • You will support the Category, Franchise Retail & Marketing, and Product Development Teams for all our product categories such as Lifestyle (Fashion, Accessories, Home, Food, Beauty & Care) and Hardlines (Toys, Stationery, and Publishing).
  • You will work closely with the Category Team on brand collaborations and the acquisition of new partners (market analysis, benchmarking, preparation of meetings).
  • You will assist the Franchise Retail Marketing Team in creating pitch presentations, store checks, and the follow-up of retail actions.
  • You will provide valuable support in the daily operational marketing processes, including planning, execution, and documentation of campaigns with a strong focus on social media, as well as in pitches and presentations.
  • You will support the Product Development Team in creating product catalogs and in the review and approval of licensed products.
  • You will assist the entire team in trend and market research, collecting insights on partners, monitoring marketing activities of our key retail partners and competitors, as well as general industry trends and innovations.
  • Support in event and office management is also part of your responsibilities.

What will you learn from this opportunity?

  • You will gain a holistic insight into the licensing business and valuable experience in dealing with licensing partners and retailers.
  • In the marketing area, you will accompany all important processes – from the concept phase through the first draft to the finalization of a marketing campaign and the creation of various advertising materials.
  • You will learn the central steps in the development process of licensed products – from the style guide and concept phase to the final sample.

If you are interested in becoming part of our team, tell us about yourself and why you would like to work with us. You can submit your application in German or English. We look forward to you!
