Product Manager, Ad Supply Growth

NBCUniversal's Advertising Products & Solutions team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $8B annual advertising business.

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee ad integrations being deployed across both NBCU and partner-owned endpoints. This person will analyze the needs of the business and collaborate with partners and other stakeholders to ensure premium quality, ad-supported environments are available for NBCU's viewers. Core Responsibilities include:

  • Build a deep, working understanding of NBCUniversal's advertising products, including business objectives, downstream impact, and operational requirements
  • Lead ad integration initiatives by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, advocating for product capabilities, tracking execution, and delivering clear, timely status updates
  • Assess business priorities, dependencies, and risk to keep development efforts focused and unblocked
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and external partners to resolve challenges and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
  • Develop fluency in ad features and workflows to operationalize products effectively and champion adoption across stakeholder groups
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with disciplined prioritization and strong project execution to sustain delivery velocity
  • Establish and reinforce consistent ad delivery models across platforms and distribution endpoints
  • Serve as a point of support for product functionality and technical questions from internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the digital media ecosystem, ideally within a premium publisher, streaming platform, or ad tech organization
  • Practical experience with ad serving and monetization platforms such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, and programmatic marketplaces
  • Technical fluency across streaming video delivery and web/mobile application environments
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies and using tools such as JIRA (or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams to drive execution and delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Independent, analytical problem-solver with a proactive mindset and strong ownership instincts
  • Highly organized professional capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 2026, this role will contribute a minimum of four days per week from the office.

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)
