Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Cloud Senior Analyst with deep expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and a strong technical foundation across SAP Finance, Product Master, Pricing, and Account Determination. This role will be instrumental in designing and supporting integrations between SAP and cloud-based solutions using API calls and file-based interfaces, while also contributing to functional design and configuration. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas, though being focused in one or two. This individual will also seek to ensure the optimum utilization of existing system platforms and their integration while considering and / or facilitating the justified deployment of new technologies in response to business requirements. As a Senior Product Analyst, this role will be responsible for performing configuration and preparing functional and technical design documents and reviewing the work of junior product team members and managed services providers. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and support SAP Order to Cash (O2C) process implementations and enhancements in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and document functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
  • Develop and support API-based and file-based interfaces between SAP and external systems, including cloud platforms.
  • Configure and maintain SAP Product Master data in cloud environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Design and implement Pricing procedures, Condition techniques, and Account Determination logic within SAP SD and FI modules.
  • Understand data extraction and query functional to support system integrations
  • Integrate SAP with SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP CPI, SAP RISE) for seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Provide technical and functional support for SAP Finance processes, including billing, revenue recognition, and receivables.
  • Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and support production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to O2C flows, master data, and integrations.
  • Understanding NBCU business processes requirements by engaging with business partners at enterprise and division level.
  • Craft adaptable, comprehensive, and feasible solutions by creating necessary blueprint documents for functional requirements
  • Ensure agreement on design with process owners
  • Review work performed by junior team members as per established standards
  • Assist in vendor selection, product selection, and strategy related to Order-to-Cash solutions.
  • Additional assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent

• 8+ years of progressive Order-to-Cash hands on experience leading up to a senior product analyst level of work in a consultative and/or IT capacity with at least 3 project implementations of high complexity, large scale and global user base

• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash applications (Example: SAP-SD), experience with SAP Finance and Basic knowledge of DW and Security.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Product Master configuration and management in cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of Pricing configuration, including condition types, access sequences, and pricing procedures.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and file-based interfaces (IDoc, XML, CSV).
  • Experience with Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling and reporting
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and role-based UI design.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP BTP, or other middleware tools

• Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills

• Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT

• Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge

• Adherence to IT project methodologies, and change control processes

• Strong / effective problem-solving skills

• Conceptual to detailed thinking skills

• Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Product Experience: S4 Public Cloud, Modules: FI, CO, SD, BRIM and RISE Implementations
  • Experience using integration tools:
    • Gentran Integration Suite™ (GIS) / Sterling Integrator
    • Tibco
    • SAP Cloud Integration
    • SAP API Gateway

• Experience with HPALM

• Certified Public Account or Equivalent

  • SAP certification in SD, FI, or Integration technologies is a plus.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Teams)
