Sr Product Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions to join our AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology. In this role, you will work on enterprise products and agents utilizing Generative AI to create impactful solutions. This role will involve product management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, hands-on execution, and leadership, ensuring that our products meet both organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder community, including Program Management, Product, Engineering, Scrum, and leadership, to deliver scalable GenAI products aligned to business objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to define clear product requirements, write high quality user stories, and guide teams through ambiguity.
- Own and define an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights and business priorities.
- Establish and uphold a high bar for product quality through rigorous product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance as well as conduct demos.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for product outcomes, proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving resolution
- Strategic Execution & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-range plans.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors) throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including strategic narratives, metrics, insights and recommendations to inform decision making.
- Innovation:
- Act as a thought leader on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning, and similar technologies as well as the latest vendor offerings to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance products, improve operational processes, and drive overall efficiency.
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 8+ years of related professional experience (e.g., experience in product management or development, with direct AI experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, managing LLM based conversational agents or enterprise AI solutions.
- Exceptional product management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies.

- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and their application to product development.
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
- Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy and legal compliance, cyber security, and best practices in ethical AI.

- Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
