Senior Technical Designer - Retail

NELSON is currently seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join our Retail Practice. The Senior Technical Designer works with the project team and assists in the overall efforts for the successful completion of: design, documentation, and construction of the projects. The Senior Technical Designer performs complex design and construction documentation in project assignments. Additionally, a Senior Technical Designer may lead a team in the technical execution of Retail projects. Architecture & Design experience within the Retail sector is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in: Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Highly proficient in both Revit and AutoCAD

National salary range (compensation factors are based upon years of relevant experience, qualifications/licensure, education, location, etc.): $75,000 – $115,000 Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits. Bonuses can include but are not limited to: Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing
