Job Description

Your Role:

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the design of our apps (Home + Control & Home + Security) for our connected products (cameras, thermostats, electrical appliances etc.), working hand in hand with the Product and Tech teams. You will lead complex product topics, contribute to the evolution of our Design System, and help the team elevate its practices by sharing your experience and vision of design.

Your Missions:

• Design simple and elegant user experiences for complex products
• Structure complex UX journeys (installation, visualization and control, data tracking…)
• Frame the needs with PMs and stakeholders (vision, constraints, objectives)
• Lead and contribute to the evolution of the Design System (components, tokens, documentation)
• Challenge and upskill the team's designers
• Bring a culture of feedback, quality, and continuous improvement
• Be the engine in design rituals (design demo, sprint, retro, daily)

Qualifications

Key Skills:

• Solid experience in UX/UI, with 5+ years of experience, including large-scale shipped projects
• Fluency in the entire design cycle: user research, ideation, prototyping, testing, iteration
• Excellent mastery of Figma, design system, components, variables
• Enhance your proposals with illustrations, icons, and micro-interactions
• Good technical foundations: mobile/web, dev constraints, accessibility
• Ability to communicate clearly and drive design decisions
• Professional in English (written/oral)

• Natural leadership and sense of transmission
• Problem solver, pragmatic, and impact-oriented mindset
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage a topic from end to end independently
• Desire to work in a team and progress as a collective
