Lead Technical Program Manager

This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in the posted locations. No relocation is offered.

What You'll Do:

Lead the planning and execution of complex technical programs that support AT&T's business customers. This role ensures delivery of scalable, customer-centric solutions by aligning cross-functional teams across product, engineering, UX, and operations. Ideally, candidate has a technical background with a business acumen.

What You'll Bring:

Program Strategy & Execution:

Define and drive program objectives that align with business goals for Enterprise and Small Business segments. Manage end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

Customer-Centric Product Delivery:

Translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable program plans. Ensure solutions meet the unique requirements of business customers, including scalability, reliability, and integration with existing systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and deliver seamless experiences across digital and physical channels.

Agile Program Management:

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary liaison for program updates, risks, and decisions. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners, especially in high-visibility initiatives.

Segment-Specific Expertise:

Understand the nuances of business customer journeys, including procurement cycles, compliance needs, and service-level expectations. Tailor program delivery to meet these demands.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. Five+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Technical Product Manager earns between $128,400.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
