In this role, you'll act as a technical subject matter expert for Gracenote's products, supporting clients from the pre-sales phase through implementation and post-sale. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to provide technical solutions that address customer needs and ensure smooth product delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing pre-sales support, technical overviews, and product demonstrations.
Translating client requirements into technical solutions and business value propositions.
Guiding client engineering teams during early implementation phases.
Creating and reviewing technical documentation, including best practices and solution designs.
Supporting product development by providing customer feedback and acting as a "Customer Zero" to test new products.
Collaborating with multiple teams to improve delivery quality and proactively identify product issues.
Providing post-sale support and training for key accounts.
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent in the field of computer science or software engineering.
3-5 years engineering experience in developing and/or technically supporting consumer electronics products or products in related fields.
Proficiency in back-office tools such as Jira, SNOW, Salesforce, Confluence Wiki, Google Workspace, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills, experience in team leadership, and ability to provide guidance, as needed to other team members and to customers.
