Process Governance and Optimization: Maintain and continuously improve PDLC processes, documentation, and governance. Support process audits, agile ceremonies, and retrospectives to identify and drive improvements.
Tool Administration & Standardization: Configure, administer, and standardize JIRA workflows and dashboards across product lines. Conduct data validation and ensure data hygiene across all product management tools.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on product and agile performance metrics (including velocity, burndown, and predictability).
Lead Critical Initiatives: Act as the project manager for highly complex, cross-functional product initiatives (e.g., major client integration projects), driving detailed planning, tracking timelines, managing dependencies, and actively mitigating risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Alignment and Program Management: Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure transparency on initiative progress and dependencies. Prepare stakeholder reports, consolidate updates for senior leadership, and provide process improvement recommendations for action.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams (Product Managers, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Enterprise Tools, Commercial, and Customer Experience) and external partners (Tool vendors like Atlassian, external data providers, and select client partners for product integrations).
4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Agile PMO roles.
Hands-on expertise with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, JPD, Atlassian Analytics) and technical proficiency in JIRA administration and dashboard configuration.
Proven ability to document and improve product lifecycle or agile processes. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle frameworks.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Atlassian Analytics, or equivalent) and a strong understanding of product metrics, agile ceremonies, and data visualization.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships, mediate competing priorities, and influence stakeholders across technical, product & commercial teams.
Excellent communication, detail-oriented, with the proven ability to standardize and scale processes.
A master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
