This role supports Product Operations by creating, maintaining, and executing a centralised communications approach for open content initiatives. You will help ensure that workstreams across Product, Operations, and Delivery are clearly communicated, well-coordinated, and visible to the right stakeholders at the right time.
The role focuses on product communications, coordination, and information flow — consolidating inputs from product managers, project managers, analysts, and other teams into clear, structured communications. You will work closely with Product Operations analysts to ensure that the right level of data, metrics, and KPIs are included for each audience, with appropriate context and clarity.
