Horas: 40 horas por semana - 5 días a la semana, 8 horas al día con disponibilidad de 09 a 22 horas / 2 días de descanso a la semana (rotativos)

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for our next Coach Operations who will direct and control the operation of our new Company Store. This person will be responsible for the total operation of the store to achieve operational excellence objectives in accordance with Nike's policies and procedures.

What You Will Work On

• Manage all store administrative operations and coordination of priorities in the operation according to defined objectives
• Ensure the scheduling strategy (work schedules).
• Follow up, manage and execute the cash area within the store, assignment of resources, report of failures, ensure that devices are functioning and/or follow up on raised tickets.
• Ensure the correct execution of payrolls and management of payments on time and in the right way,
• Management of suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, etc).
• Management of HR programs and standards.
• Staff dress follow up to the guidelines
• Responsible for the execution, understanding and follow up of Loss Prevention and security programs.
• Management processes effective handling, bank deposits, etc.
• Coordinate new onboardings, training and integration.
• Talent mapping of your team. Prioritize team development, functional training and retention to "win the customer" in the long term at Nike.

Who You Will Work With

This person will be responsible for leading the Lead Operations of the store and will report directly to the Head Coach. They will work cross-functionally with other areas such as loss prevention, athletes, suppliers, etc.

• 2 years of experience in a subgerente position in retail (boutiques, sports stores)
