This posting is for both the Director, Energy Ignite Product Design, Global Jordan and Director, Energy Sublabel & BP Product Design, Global Jordan roles.

To excel in our Director, Energy Ignite, Product Design role, you must hold a passion for street, sport and fashion cultures and/or adjacent sub-cultures and communities. Jordan Energy greatly values a keen sense and deep understanding of the communities, worlds and spaces that embody originality, self-expression and a mindset of defiance. Platforming the rhythm, language, icons, and unsung heroes and their global influence, this role will inspire and challenge traditional convention in translating these points of connection into ideas and concepts that honor the past, elevate the present, and ignite the future of sport and style.

To excel in our Director, Energy Sublabel & Brand Partnerships Product Design role, you must hold a passion for action sports, non-traditional sports, and/or adjacent sub-cultures and communities. Jordan Energy greatly values a keen sense and deep understanding of the cultures that embody originality, performance and a mindset of defiance. Platforming the rhythm, language, icons, and unsung heroes and their global influence, this role will inspire and challenge traditional convention in translating these points of connection into ideas and concepts that honor the past, elevate the present, and ignite the future of sport and style.

Director, Energy Ignite, Product Design, Jordan

Based in Beaverton, OR, as the Director, Energy Ignite, Product Design you will be a part of the Global Jordan Energy team. This team is responsible for taking risks that drive relevance for all Jordan Sports, while exploring new spaces to incubate meaningful, net-new growth opportunities.

As the Director, Energy Ignite, Product Design, you have a passion for innovation and an eye for blending sport culture and irreverent style. You should be skilled and experienced at driving a design vision and direction and strategy, while remaining hands-on in product creation, ideation and the product development process. You thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environments and embraces ambiguity and a dynamic workflow. You navigate diverse personalities with ease and can bring a partner's vision to life while staying true to our brand ethos and identity.

You listen deeply, respond quickly, and step into gaps without being asked. You bring purpose to your craft and take pride in delivering work that is both imaginative and impactful. You know how to rally cross-functional partners around a compelling vision, and do it with clarity, ownership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.   • A seasoned Design Director with a proven track record in collaborations and partnerships, fluent across footwear, apparel, accessories, and lifestyle. Comfortable leading complex, high-visibility projects with external collaborators.
  • A cultural translator and creative diplomat; equally adept at working with celebrities, entertainers, artists, retailers, and brands, while protecting brand integrity and shaping work that feels authentic and real.
  • A leader with exceptional taste and point of view, capable of setting the creative bar, giving clear direction, and knowing when to push, refine, or edit to achieve world-class outcomes.
  • A systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, able to navigate multiple timelines, stakeholders, and constraints while maintaining clarity, momentum, and creative excellence.

  • Providing functional expertise to execute Seasonal Concepts that blur the lines of Streetwear, Sport and New Cultural Spaces for Jordan Brand.
