Develop and implement marketing plans, including deep-dive consumer insights, lead agency to develop campaigns, coordinate with sales and all marketing functions to deliver brand inspiration and achieve business goals
Ensure local brand strategies aligned with Global/GC direction & priorities; identify & manage assets to story-tell brand inspiration & innovation (mainly support on basketball & Jordan brand)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create authentic brand experiences to inspire local consumers
Drive and manage agency including the aspects of creative, production, event, digital, etc.
Educational and experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree above, minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketing or related experience in brand communication/product management/event execution/O2O consumer journey planning
Solid experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading cross-functional projects
Excellent time/project management skills with positive working morale
