Product Assembler Temporary Position

Now interviewing for a one to three-month opportunity! We are now hiring a Product Assembler to work in a temporary position starting immediately. In this role, you will efficiently disassemble blister packs and repackage and label components for redistribution. This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to work independently to ensure accurate and timely packaging. We seek an individual with a robust work ethic who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Location: SeaTac, WA Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM Hourly Rate: $20.17 per hour Full Range: $20.17 - 24.65 Length of Contract: 1 – 3 months with the potential to continue

Essential Duties:

  • Disassemble blister pack kits and repackage components into new configurations using plastic bags and other packaging materials to prepare updated kits for distribution
  • Apply pre-printed labels to individual parts bags and consolidate labeled items into master bags, then package into finished boxes for shipment or inventory
  • Conduct periodic quality control checks on assembled kits to ensure accuracy and compliance with packaging standards
  • Work efficiently and effectively to maintain a steady workflow, sorting and packaging parts promptly
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Properly operate and maintain equipment and other tools required for the sorting and packaging processes
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to leadership
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior kitting and assembly experience preferred but not required – training will be provided!
  • Ability to do basic math
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in categorization
  • Ability to handle and grasp with both hands
  • Repetitive arm, wrist, and hand motion
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers and supervisors
  • Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions of daily tasks
