As Senior Manager, Engineering, you'll oversee and support technical project completion within budget and on time. You'll oversee a large team of Engineers or multiple engineering disciplines. Leading and overseeing the results of a large team of engineers, ensuring successful performance and results. Collaborating closely with executives to align your team and their projects with organizational objectives. Leading complex engineering projects, programs, or initiatives. Driving engineering operational excellence, developing and implementing strategies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Leading, motivating, and developing your team, creating a culture of innovation and learning.

Education - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Experience - Thorough understanding of product development, with proven experience managing large teams, multiple disciplines, or global functions. Knowledge - Broad business acumen and a deep understanding of the organization's objectives. Skill - Demonstrate excellent tactical decision-making capability, anticipating and resolving issues/roadblocks. Skill - Have excellent communication and leadership skills able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
