The Product Owner will join the Oracle Fusion platform support team. They will be responsible for acting as the central point of prioritization and communication between business and technical teams, ensuring that demands are met based on the analysis of impact and strategic priority for business areas. This professional must have a clear vision of each area's needs, aligning demands with the capabilities of the Oracle Fusion platform, always seeking to maximize the efficiency and results of operations. The PO will also play a fundamental role in the evolution of the tool, identifying opportunities for continuous improvements, new projects, and functionalities that can add value to the system and the organization's operations. The person who occupies this position must be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and knowledge of agile methodologies.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Manage the Product Backlog: Monitor the backlog, its performance metrics, and task definition to ensure that deliveries are aligned with business objectives and product needs. Ensure that the team always has sufficient and well-defined tasks to work on, prioritizing backlog items according to complexity and business impact. Monitor the backlog and its performance metrics.
• Planning and Prioritization: Plan and prioritize product backlog items based on the value they add, the available time, and the dependencies of the involved teams.
• Product Understanding: Understand the business vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, enabling the execution of tasks aligned with the strategy.
• Backlog Evaluation and Prioritization: Evaluate the value of each backlog item and prioritize based on that value, time, and dependencies identified in planning meetings. Ensure that the highest value tasks are prioritized based on business value or return on investment (ROI).
• Backlog Management and Iteration Planning: Support backlog management, iteration planning, and the elaboration of user stories, ensuring they are detailed and ready for development.
• Release Planning and Expectations: Lead the planning of product releases, defining the delivery expectations of new functionalities and capabilities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
• Iteration Objectives: Conduct the definition and execution of iteration objectives through prioritized user stories, ensuring continuous development progress.
• Acceptance Criteria: Establish acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring that backlog items meet requirements before being accepted as delivered.
• Market Research and Trends: Conduct market research, analyze user needs, and monitor the product roadmap, identifying improvements and new functionalities based on market trends and business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek to improve the product management process, learning from feedback and experiences, and improving collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
• Understanding of Incremental Delivery and Metrics: Understand the benefits of incremental value delivery, as well as the use of metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and others to track team progress and performance.
• Additional Activities: Perform other activities relevant to the PO role as necessary.

What do we expect you to have?

• Academic Background: Graduation or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Certifications: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• ITIL (IT Service Management) certification will be considered a plus.
• Scrum Certifications: PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is an additional plus.
• Basic knowledge of ERP is essential.
